We were in New Orleans recently. When in NOLA, you have to stop at Cafe Du Monde. Look at this tray our server carried. It is multiple tables. We were only a table of four. Goodness gracious, her arms get a work out!

Pancakes
A few months back we splurged and purchased a griddle. Pancakes are so easy and we can eat warm pancakes at the same time. It is a novel concept. I can't believe we didn't have a griddle while the boys were little. My niece gave me the big 'ol spatula for Christmas. No more pancake flops!
