I am so out of practice writing on my blog. I figured I'd give it a go and see where it takes me.
This year, 2024, is deemed the year of LOVE! I do love to travel and see new places. The places don't have to be far away, fancy places. The places just have to be new places.
We started this year off with travel. Sadly, it was travel home from Ketchikan, Alaska. The sun poked its head out of the clouds as we were on our way to the airport. Beautiful! Ketchikan is far away and the see you later is never easy.
We were fortunate. Travel went off without a hitch. We flew one of our favs, Alaska Air. Not a week later, they had an incident. No one was hurt, but I bet it was scary. Here's hoping our travel remains incident free for the year!
