Another…Year Ago

A year ago, THIS afternoon, Pumpkin got to meet the other incoming swimmers.  Love that they sat right down in a circle and started bonding.
This group of kids is a special one.  Pumpkin has made some friends-for-life in this group.  What an asset the swim team is.  It helped Pumpkin survive the long cold, dark, CT winters.
He has been out of the water for so long this spring.  I bet he is itching to get back in and do a few laps.

I can't believe it's already been a year... it went so quickly. The start of this year will be a lot less stressful! Kudos to him for making it through the first one!
