I mentioned it in a previous post. This was the meet that Peanut broke 17 minutes!! The clouds parted and the sun heated it up like an oven by race time. But, he did it and he crossed the finish vertical! He struggles the most on that third mile. He has to figure out how to have a kick. I'm thinking some of it will come from just over all strength.
Another race this weekend and the weather is going to be just about ideal. It rained quite a bit. The course may be muddy. We will see how it goes!
